Tri-State/Service Group fabricated this diverter valve for a client in the chemical processing industry. The valve is a part of a dry bulk handling process for the company.
Material flows into the main opening and is diverted out one of two 6” diameter chutes. The actuator was designed for manual or automated operation. The body is built of 1/8” 304L stainless steel with 2-inch flanges. The assembly includes a 1-1/2” actuator shaft with shaft seals and ½” thick diverter gate.
