38′ x 20′ platform to support HVAC equipment upgrades
Tri-State assisted with an HVAC upgrade and set up for an industrial client.
Our group first removed one large decommissioned HVAC unit that was to be replaced by eight smaller ones. Tri-State fabricated a platform to support the new system components. Measuring approximately 38’ x 20’, the platform was built of galvanized steel I-beams and bar grating for walkways with steel safety rails. It has openings for mounting and maintaining the equipment.
Design of the project was a collaborative effort of Tri-State’s engineers and the client’s engineering team. Our group installed the fabricated platform, HVAC units, and all new ductwork required to tie into the existing system.
