Tri-State/Service Group fabricated this hopper and support rack for a chemical manufacturing client. It is used in their production process to unload and transfer bulk dry materials.
The hopper cone was fabricated from 1/8” carbon steel with angle frame support rack. It measures approximately 4′ x 4′ and 6’ tall. It has one open side to allow a forklift to position a super-sack beneath the hopper. The entire assembly was powder coated for corrosion resistance.
Tri-State/Service Group collaborated with this customer to field measure and design the assembly. We work regularly with area industries to replace components and improve processes and material handling through custom metal products like these.
