Anything out of metal – Yes, we can make that: manufacturing process ductwork

Our group worked with a glass manufacturing company to fabricate and install a new ductwork system for its relocated process line.

Glass manufacturing generates temperatures up to 2910 °F. This system supplies quench and cooling air flow from two large blowers through 16 ga. galvanized steel lines to the process equipment. The system includes two ductwork runs (42-in. and 30-in. diameters) of 120 linear feet each with bolted flange connections.

Our group designed the construction per SMACNA standards for the airflow being supplied by the blowers. We work with area manufacturers to custom-fabricate and install metal products that improve processes, safety, material handling, and access. What can we help you build?
